About Humainly AI
Humainly AI exists because AI adoption keeps failing in the same place. Not in the technology. In the people strategy around it.We’re an AI adoption and change management consultancy working with African organizations to build the kind of readiness that makes implementation actually last. Our work is psychology-informed and behavior-first, which means we address the human side of transformation before we ever talk about tools.
I started Humainly because I kept walking into organizations that had made the decision to adopt AI but had no strategy for bringing their people along. The tools were procured. The budget was approved. But the teams were confused, resistant, or simply waiting for someone to tell them what this meant for them.
That gap, between organizational decision and human adoption, is where transformations go to die. And it’s almost never addressed.
My background is in counselling psychology, program management, and AI strategy. I’ve worked across multiple countries leading large-scale AI programs, managed cross-functional teams at significant scale, and advised organizations from frontline operations to executive leadership. That combination taught me one thing clearly: the organizations that succeed with AI are the ones that treat adoption as a change management challenge, not a technology challenge.
Humainly was built to close that gap.
We don’t start with tools. We start with your humans.
Our framework drives everything we do: clarity before confidence, confidence before capability. Get that sequence right and AI adoption stops feeling like something being done to your organization and starts feeling like something your people own.
In practice this means we begin with readiness. We assess where your organization actually is, not where you think it is. We map the resistance, align the leadership, and design a change strategy before a single tool is selected or a single workshop is delivered. Then we build capability through contextualized training that changes behavior, not just awareness. Then, where needed, we co-design and support implementation, staying with you through rollout and beyond.

Our Team
Right now Humainly is an intentionally focused practice. When you engage us, you work directly with me, not a junior consultant or a generic framework pulled off a shelf.
My work sits at the intersection of counselling psychology, large-scale program management, and AI strategy. I’ve spent years inside organizations navigating exactly the complexity I now help others solve, working at continental scale across education, enterprise, and institutional contexts.
Humainly is where my independent methodology, speaking, and advisory practice lives.
When a project calls for specialist support, I draw on a trusted network of collaborators to ensure you get the right expertise without losing the coherence of a human-centered approach.
